We have Studio and Event spaces available by the hour. Its the perfect place for rehearsals, photoshoots, classes or creative events. The creative containers are available for rent by the hour or by the month. If you are a creative, we have a space that you can use. The normal prices are great but they are even better if you are a member.

FAQ
Can I host classes with a membership?
Yes….Make that money!! We encourage you to make the spaces work for you. Open up your imagination to start a new class, a series of classes or even a full program. If the space is open you are welcome to lock it in for what you want.
What if I join in the middle of the month
Your second month is prorated for the date that you joined. You will pay for the full price of the first month just to get things locked in. Your second month is proated based on the day that you joined.
Can I have an event with the membership?
Yes. You sure can. You will get the great discounts that are included with your membership plan. Please note: Events are still subject to the cleaning fee.
Does the prices go up on the weekend?
That depends. One of the benefits of membership is that If you are a member your discounted rate is in place 7 days a week for all of our business hours. If you are just doing a one off rental the prices for some of the spaces on the weekend..
What are you business hours?
We are available to open everyday from 9am-11pm.
We do have an after hours rate for the spaces from 11pm – 12:30am. Members still receive a discount but the prices are a bit higher during the after hours timing.
The building closes completely at 12:30am for everyone. All events and guest must be off property by 12:30am. … We need our beauty rest guys….
