Welcome to our space! This studio is not only our place of business, but also our creative home. There is always an attendant on-site during rentals however we are a NO CONTACT facility. WE WILL NOT GO IN THE ROOM WITH YOU DURING YOUR EVENT. Please continue to communicate your questions or concerns through the platform. WEAR A MASK IN THE COMMON SPACES LIKE THE HALLWAYS AT ALL TIMES.

STUDIO RENTAL RULES

• **MASK MUST BE WORN IN THE HALLWAYS**

• Add ons: Add ons must be added to your rental in at least 24 hours advance. Because we are a contact free facility we will not be entering the space you are in and will not provide add ons once your booking has started. We will not be able to adjust your booking on the day of so please make any changes or add ons at least 24 hours in advance.

• Security Cameras: For your protection and for ours, we have security cameras recording video and audio to cloud servers in the common spaces. Blocking, disabling, unplugging, or tampering with the cameras will immediately end your rental. If a camera plug or wire is interfering with your production, come speak to one of us and we can relocate it. There are no cameras in the restrooms or designated changing room and we recommend using them for changing.

• Rental times and extensions: Your rental time does not start until the time on your reservation. If you enter the room before time, you will be charged for the additional use at 1.5x the rented rate. Your end time is your departure time and is a ‘hard out’, meaning that the last person, and your personal belongs should be out of the space at your rental end time. Because of this, we recommend beginning your cleanup at least 30 minutes in advance. If you need additional time in the space, you are in, please check availability. If you stay over without an agreed upon extension you will be charged at time and a half of your rental fee. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments. If over time is not requested and approved you will be charged at a 1.5x rate and is not guaranteed, as we may have something else scheduled. 

• Common areas, and furniture: There is no staging in the common areas such as the courtyard or the hallways. The common spaces are for passage not an extension of the space you rented. DO NOT TAKE FURNITRE OR CHAIRS FROM OTHER ROOMS OR AREAS. The space that you are in comes as it is. We do have chairs, tables, light and other add-ons for rent should you need them. If you do take it upon yourself to take furniture from another area you will be charged a rental fee. DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE WITH OUT PERMISSION FROM MANAGEMENT. Please let us know if you would like to rearrange the furniture. We will let you know what is acceptable. DO NOT GO INTO OTHER SPACES WITH OUT PERMISSION. IF YOU ARE FOUND DOING SO YOU WILL BE CHARGED A RENTAL FEE OF TIME AND A HALF FOR THE ADDITONAL SPACE THAT YOU ENTERTED WITHOUT RESERVATION.

• Walls:Do not damage the walls in any way or you will be charged for their repair. Do not: tap, tack, nail, screw, put stickers on or command tape ANYTHING to the walls or floor. Also, please do not leave the front door standing open unless you are loading/unloading.

• Internet and speakers: High speed internet is provided as a courtesy, but please be aware that we can’t control Internet outages. Traffic is monitored, so please do not download illegal content. WIFI network: WeEntertainCompound Password: entertain

• Bluetooth speaker: The other rooms have a gemini speaker as well. If you hear the chime in a different room, select a different gemini from your available Bluetooth device list. Once you have the correct speaker paired, we suggest renaming it on your list so you can connect to it easily on your next visit.

• Cleaning: Confetti, confetti balloons, glitter, feathers, or other small particles are not allowed. There will be $25 additional fee if it is used. 

• Expectations: You’re responsible for the conduct of your guests. We don’t tolerate disrespectful comments, pornography, or hard drug use. If we feel that our safety is at risk, then we will end the rental.

• Sound: This is a creative space. We encourage our guest to express themselves and their art. The rooms are not soundproofed. Please keep that in mind. You may hear the guest in other spaces in the building.

• Contact: If you need anything during the time of your rental, please message us through the email address provided.

Nail items into the drywall

Put stickers on the wall

Screw items on the drywall

Command tape items on the dry walls

Use double sided tape on the floor

Hang anything from the wires in the ceiling

Use lit wax candles

No Hookah

Only prepared food is allowed. Cooking on-site is a hazard

No fryers

No crab boils

No open flames or fire hazards

Parking: Our building does not have a parking lot. Please refrain from parking in the courtyard or in front of it. The “Integrity” building does not allow our guests to park there.

Rental guest should use the free street parking. There is ample free street parking is available on Lindsay Street and Wheeler Street. We do not own the parking lots of the surrounding businesses. We cannot permit anyone to park there. It is up to the owners of those facilities to determine towing procedures. We advise you to utilize the free street parking that is available. Please do not leave valuables in your car.

PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK THE ENTRANCE TO THE COURTYARD AREA! DO NOT BLOCK ANY OTHER CARS IN!

 Guests may cancel their Booking until 14 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. If booking is canceled within 14 days of the rental, no refund is allowed.  

We allow 1 reschedule within 3 days of your booking based on availability. We do not allow reschedules on the day of your booking.
